Raspberry Mai Tai By Jack Jamieson 30ml Jamaican Dark Rum 30ml White Rum 20ml Blue CuraƧao liqueur

Add all ingredients to the shaker and fill with ice. Shake for 30 seconds. Fill the highball with crushed ice and strain shaker into it. Top with more crushed ice. Garnish with fresh raspberries and some garden herbs.

15ml Cashew orgeat 25ml fresh lime juice

Blossom Highball By Samuel Cocks 40ml White Calvados 20ml Banana Blossom Vinegar 100ml Pandan Soda

Add all ingredients into the highball glass then add ice.

Tipsy Coyote By CK Kho 30ml Montelobos Espadin 60ml Fresh watermelon juice 15ml White Vermouth 15ml Agave nectar 10ml Fresh lime juice Dill sprigs

Muddle the dill sprigs. Mix all ingredients together, add ice and shake. Garnish with mint leaves and serve.
